Your Home. Your Life.
Your Support.
Bespoke supported living for adults (18+) with mild to moderate learning disabilities and/or autism — supporting you to live independently in your own home in Hampshire.
You have the right to a home of your own.
We're here to support you to build the life you want in it.
Supported living means exactly that — you live in your own home, and we provide the tailored support around you. Not the other way around. At SYD Supported Living, our role is to walk alongside you, not in front of you.
Each person receives a robust assessment and a personalised support plan built around their goals, values, and aspirations. Whether that's learning to manage a tenancy, building confidence in daily routines, or taking steps toward employment — the plan is yours, and we support you to achieve it.
Daily Living Skills
Building Confidence at Home
We work alongside each person to develop the practical skills that underpin independent living — at a pace that works for them, with support that fades as confidence grows.
- ✓ Home Management: Domestic skills, housework, and tenancy responsibilities.
- ✓ Budgeting & Benefits: Income maximisation, budgeting support, and benefits navigation.
- ✓ Medication Management: Reminders, self-administration training, and monitoring support.
Relational Support
Care Built on Connection
Transactional care doesn't work. We know that real progress happens when people feel genuinely known and supported. Our team is trained in PACE and Recovery Star models — a trauma-informed approach that responds to behaviour with curiosity, not control.
For adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, this relational foundation is everything. It means predictable, compassionate support from a team who takes time to understand how you communicate, what matters to you, and how you experience the world.
REACH Standards
The Same Choices as Everyone Else
We apply REACH standards so the people we support have the same opportunities, rights, and choices as any other citizen — including where they live, who supports them, and how they spend their time.
That means real pathways into education, volunteering, and employment — working with TLPA, local colleges, and employers to open doors that genuinely lead somewhere.
Support That Shows Up — Day and Night
Our team is available 24/7, staffed by trained support workers who share our values. Whether you need hands-on personal care or light-touch reassurance, the level of support flexes around you — never the other way around.
Personal Care & Daily Living
Wake-up and bedtime support, washing, dressing, oral care, and meal assistance — delivered with dignity and respect, always.
Health & Wellbeing
Health monitoring, emotional regulation support, crisis prevention, and signposting to specialist services when needed.
Community & Employment
Social activities, community access, peer support, and guided routes into education, volunteering, and paid employment.
Could this be the right support?
If you're a commissioner, a family member, or someone looking for supported living in Hampshire, we'd welcome a conversation. We'll take time to understand needs, assess compatibility, and be honest about what we can offer.
