What We Support

Real support for real life. We help adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to build skills, grow in confidence, and live as independently as possible — on their own terms.

Do With, Not For

Support That's Built Around You

Every person we support has different strengths, goals, and needs. That's why every support plan is co-produced with the individual — not written about them, but with them. From managing a household to building a social life, we're here to walk alongside people as they develop the skills and confidence to thrive.

Daily Living & Independence

We work alongside people to build and maintain the skills that make everyday life manageable and rewarding.

  • Cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a tenancy
  • Budgeting and understanding the benefits system
  • Safe use of domestic equipment and household routines
  • Shopping, meal planning, and healthy eating
  • Travel training and time management
  • Support to engage with landlords on housing issues

Health & Wellbeing

Physical and emotional health are at the centre of everything we do. We monitor, support, and advocate — always led by the individual.

  • Medication management, reminders, and self-administration training
  • Emotional regulation and confidence building
  • Accessing GP appointments, health checks, and specialist services
  • Signposting to counselling, advocacy, and mental health support
  • Sexual health awareness and healthy relationships guidance
  • Crisis prevention and de-escalation

Community & Employment

Independence doesn't stop at the front door. We actively support people to connect, contribute, and belong.

  • Finding and accessing local clubs, groups, and leisure facilities
  • Support with college applications and education pathways
  • Job searching, interview preparation, and travel training
  • Volunteering roles through TLPA and local organisations
  • Building and maintaining social contacts and friendships
  • Routes into paid employment and apprenticeships

CQC Regulated

Personal Care

Where it's identified as part of someone's assessed needs, our trained team provides personal care with dignity, patience, and respect. We assist with the tasks a person may need help with — always encouraging independence where possible.

  • Wake-up calls and bedtime routines
  • Washing, dressing, and intimate daily routines
  • Toilet and bathroom assistance
  • Oral care and personal hygiene support
  • Moving and handling where required
  • Medication administration in line with GP directions
  • Support with meals and sustaining nourishment

Your Rights, Always

We apply REACH standards and the Real Tenancy Test so that every person we support has the same opportunities, choices, and rights as any other citizen.

  • You choose where you live
  • You choose who supports you
  • You choose how you spend your time
  • You choose your friends and relationships
  • You choose how to be part of your community
  • You are supported to make positive changes

Every Support Plan Starts With a Conversation

Whether you're a commissioner, a family member, or someone looking for support — we'd love to hear from you. We complete an initial assessment to make sure we can meet your needs before anything else.
